Fourth of July – Patriotic Craft

 Fourth of July, is a federal holiday in the United States and commonly known as Independence Day. Independence Day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbeques, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts,  family reunions events celebrating the history and traditions of the United States. This week, we did a fun patriotic craft  to mark this day. We made a ”patriotic” crown that the kids can proudly wear while watching the fireworks this year.

What you’ll need: Red, White, Blue Construction Paper, Glue, Scissor, Marker, Glitter Glue, Stapler.

 

Step 1: Let your kids fold the red construction paper in half and then cut it.

Step 2: Let your kids staple both the ends to make a crown.

Step 3: Let your kids cut 3-4 strips on a white construction paper.

Step 4: Let your kids stick the white strips on the crown.

Step 5: As the next step, let them draw “Bunny” ears and cut it.

Step 6: Let your kids stick the “”Bunny” ears from inside to complete the patriotic crown.

Step 7: Let them decorate the “Bunny” ears with white stars or glitter glue.
